We understand that seeking psychological support is an important investment in your well-being. We are committed to providing high-quality care while striving to keep our fees as transparent and accessible as possible.
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $311 per session. We have made a conscious decision to set our fees far below this recommended rate, because we believe that everyone should have access to the mental health support they need.Patients that hold a Mental Health Care Plan are able to claim a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please see your GP for more information on how to attain this.
You may also pay privately, or utilise private health insurance extras to assist with payments.
All sessions run for 50 minutes to ensure adequate time between sessions.

Workcover: We are SIRA accredited and can provide services for people seeking assistance. Please ensure that you have all paperwork relating to your workcover case with you at the initial appointment. Please also ensure that you have an approval letter from your organisations insurance before booking the initial session.
NDIS: We are not NDIS registered providers and can only work through plan-managers or self-managed plans. If you are on NDIS please reach out before booking.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, as appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee (100%) will be charged.
24 to 48 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 to 48 hours' notice, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
More than 48 hours' notice: There will be no charge for cancellations or reschedules made with more than 48 hours' notice.
We have an automated system that will send you a text and an email prior to your appointment to allow you to reschedule if you need to.
